Refund policy

At Sangam Jewellers, every piece is crafted and handled with utmost care. Due to the delicate and high-value nature of jewellery, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and product integrity.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product
  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear
  • Products without original packaging, certificates, or tags

Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for defective or wrong items, subject to availability. If the exact product is unavailable, store credit or refund will be provided.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team with order details and product images
  • Our team will verify the issue and arrange pickup if approved
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
